Return Policy

For Returns

For items purchased at olafanfan.com, returns must be submitted within 20 days from when your order is shipped. Please pack all items you are returning and include your original packing slip, noting the items you are returning. The item(s) will be sent back to the customer at his/her expense. 

For the product(s) which has(have) All SALES OF THIS ITEM ARE FINAL on the introduction page, can not be returned for any reason. Thanks for understanding.

To be eligible for return, the item(s) must be new, not worn, unaltered, and free of any odors or fragrances. The item(s) must be sent back in sale-able condition, in its original packaging with tags attached. Returned items not meeting these guidelines will not be honored and returned to the customer. OLA FAN reserves the right, at our sole discretion, to determine if returned merchandise is in sale-able condition.

We do not accept returns of OLA FAN products purchased at our retailers partners. please contact your original point of purchase.

 

For Exchanges

Customer can submit an exchange request by contacting info@olafanfan.com within 15 days from when your order is shipped. If the item(s) you would like is no longer available, we will let you know by email info@olafanfan.com.
